Purpose

This parents' and educators' group is an organization that meets on a monthly basis to discuss
such issues as social events, community opportunities, fundraising, and other recommendations.
All parents and interested persons are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings to be held
at alternating campuses on a day and time to be determined each year.
Commitment Policy

Required hours   20 hours per family with 5 hours mandatory towards the Fall Festival.

Required monetary  $150 profit per family.

Timeframe  for meeting hours and monetary commitment is June1,2007 - June 7, 2008.

Acceptable commitment hours are defined as "any volunteer work/trade that saves the school
money or earns the school money and is approved as so by the principal."
Next meeting is June 11, 2008, 7:00 pm at the Plainfield campus.
